Brandon is a local to the Huntersville area, he grew up here and graduated from North Mecklenburg High School. He has a BA from College of Charleston in Communications with a focus in Hospitality management.

Brandon has worked in many businesses from Hotels in Charleston and NYC. Over the past 15 years Brandon has grown into a sales leader and currently manages sales teams in the medical device world. He has career sales over 150 Million dollars. He has passion for building teams and executing big goals.

Brandon and his wife Katherine members of the Cove Church and have two children, Sydney and Brody.

Phil has over a decade of experience working in investment banking and nonprofit/social impact investing. He started his career as a credit analyst within Credit Suisse's investment banking division where he covered global financial institution clients. He then moved to Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore where he led a team of credit analysts covering SE Asian investment advisors including hedge funds and private equity funds. Phil left banking in 2017 to pursue a career in nonprofit and social impact investing with a focus on K-12 education and community development.

Phil has a diverse international background having spent time living and working in the UK, Singapore, and Switzerland. Phil earned an MBA from IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland where he graduated with Honors, and he holds a BSBA in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
